Payment Options

• We accept PayPal, money orders and checks.
• If paying by check, your order will be delivered to you by your chosen method after the check has cleared.
• We will also invoice qualified customers/businesses, Click Here for Application.
• We will provide a low resolution gif file for comp work upon request.

Delivery Options

• We will ship the images via email, regular mail, and via Federal Express. Please note that some files are very large (over 15 MB) which will take extra time to download.

Legal Terms and Conditions

• You cannot resell or distribute these images unless they have been incorporated into a new and distinct product.
• The images remain the property of Dragonfly Photography, LLC, but you may use and reuse the images indefinitely for any purpose except as an isolated or stand alone image.
• We cannot be held responsible if you do not like the way the image reproduces, regardless of your costs and expenses.
• Dragonfly Photography, LLC may sell the images you purchase to other purchasers for their use as well as yours.
• If you want to pay a premium you can purchase an exclusive license that will be effective from the point of payment at a cost of $500.
• You cannot use the images for any illegal purposes.
• If you violate any of our conditions you must return the photograph.
